Cancellation policy

We offer yarn subscriptions in three tiers: 6 skeins, 12 skeins, and 18 skeins, delivered on a recurring basis.

Cancelling your subscription You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at hello@knitmeharder.co.uk or by logging into your account and managing your subscription from there. Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

Refunds If you cancel after a payment has been processed, that payment is non-refundable. You will continue to receive your yarn for the period already paid. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription periods.

Changes to your subscription You can pause or change your subscription tier at any time, subject to the same 7-day notice period before your next renewal date.
