Refund policy
We want you to love your yarn! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
*Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.*
*Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on yarn that has been wound, used, or is no longer in its original condition.*
*Return Postage — Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return postage. Please contact us and we'll arrange this for you.*
*Return Postage — Change of Mind: If you're returning an item due to a change of mind, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.*
*Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.*
*Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and digital products are non-returnable.*
